Words of Gratitude

“Nick entered Shepherd Home on Thursday, June 13th and he died 20 days later on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Our family would like to thank all the wonderful staff and volunteers at Shepherd Home. You truly helped our daughter, Paula, their children, and the rest of the family by giving such lovingand compassionate care to our Nick! Our gratitude to the staff and volunteers whose lives have touched our Nick and all of our family and friends during the 20 days Nick was here at Shepherd Home. Thank you and May God Bless All of You!”

“Now that things have slowed down a bit, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your warmth and kindness during the transitional phase of my Mother’s life. My family has become firm believers in Hospice care and feel fortunate we were able to provide our mother with a peaceful end of life experience.”

“There are no words to express how wonderful you and your staff were to our Mom and to us. Her death was maybe the worst day and best day of our lives in the fact that your team was able to provide Mom with the dignity of a pain free and loving exit. I don’t really know if we could have survived her passing if it hasn’t been for your love and respect for her…Our Mom may have only spent 36 hours with you, but we will forever be grateful that her final hours were spent in a beautiful blue room surrounded by love…”
